Episode 16: Our tv shows with strong female characters episode

Greetings fellow Sackvillians and friends of Sackville!

Welcome to Episode 16 of Stories from Sackville.

It's our second episode with Karyn O'Connell! It's like we record these on the same night!

In this episode, we continue the theme of women. We visit television of the 1970s and the 1980s and talk about tv shows with strong women leads. Steve drops yet another killer reference to a poem by the immortal Robert Browning (1812-1889).

As always, we hope that this stimulates more discussion, so we encourage you all to tell us, on the Facebook page, what were some of your favourite tv shows with strong female leads or characters? Let us know.

And, as always, thanks to all of you who have commented so far.

You can e-mail us with questions, suggestions, or comments at: storiesfromsackville@gmail.com.
